Attending Members: Joe Colangelo,Greg Suchy, Mike Pinatti, Mike Kozyra and Al Ference were in attendance. Teri Gareau was also in attendance.

Meeting called to order at 7:06 by Joe Colangelo
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
No minutes from prior meeting.
GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Nick Townsend from Troop #82 discussed completing a project at RRAC. He is asking for approval to complete the installation of a flag pole at RRAC. Discussion ensued by the members. Location of the flag was the biggest concern. Nick will do the analysis of the requirements including checking with zoning and any other town restrictions. Joe offered to write a letter of recommendation for Nick to complete this project.

- Summer activities are slow
- Summer camp in place and no issues to report
- Activities are available on the website
IV. OLD BUSINESS
- RRAC- need to move forward with the well. Teri is going to contact Karl. Mike will finish the board.
- Summer camp up and active. 20 active campers a day. We should maintain a profit margin.
- Halls pond is open. There are 88 passes issued for the summer. Hours of operation are 32 hours a week. Last day for the pond to be open is 8//26.
NEW BUSINESS:
- RRAC – We will be ordering 7 benches. 5 of the benches have been donated by local residents. Teri will put the order in. Once in, we will need some volunteers to complete them. Teri was going to confirm with Karl to make sure there aren’t any issues.
- Pavillion can be rented out by local residents by contacting P&R. Teri will check on Monday’s to make sure the area has been kept clean after any events. There have been 4 requests for renting the pavilion.
- Teri will work on some ideas for signage. Need to have this very visible to the public.
ADJOURNMENT:
Al motioned to adjourn, which was seconded by Mike Pinatti. The meeting adjourned at 8:25PM. The next meeting is scheduled for August 23, 2011 at 7:00PM at the Town Hall Office Building.
